Due to the nature of custom printing, returns are generally not accepted. We strive to ensure your DTF prints are as close to your vision as possible. However, variations in color are to be expected between what you see on your screen and what prints on a DTF printer. We make every effort to ensure quality control on colors and quality of prints.
It's important to note that what you send us is what we print. We do not alter or "touch-up" your images/designs in any way. We are not responsible for the content you send us. It's your responsibility to make sure that what you are uploading is just as you want it printed. Refunds are generally not issued on custom orders/prints. In the event of an issue, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to discuss your order.
Returns:
